Sales Office Assistant
North Hampton retail operation is seeking a customer service driven candidate to join their office team. This company offers great growth potential in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of this role:
Answer all inbound calls and emails and direct to the proper person
Greet all store customers and provide an excellent customer service experience
Answer all customer questions and assist on the sales floor when needed
Handle all payments and reconcile drawer at end shift
Data entry into a computer system including registering warranties, schedule service appointments, schedule pickup, and deliveries.
Qualifications for the Office Assistant:
Excellent customer service abilities
Superior communication skills, written and oral
6 months of related experience
Proficient with computers
This is a first shift position. Some weekend work will be required, schedule is rotating. Pay is $15 DOE.
