Description

We at Robert A. Dawkins, CPA concentrate on providing our business and individual clients "excellence in professional services". The firm assists our clients with tax and financial reporting and numerous other business consulting matters.

As our administrative assistant/office manager you will oversee the office operations. In addition, you will work directly with clients assisting them with a variety of items and with the e-file process. This position is also responsible for the firm's internal accounting, office supplies, and answering telephone calls.

This is a permanent position; looking for someone that wants long-term employment. Hours are 20 hours per week and 30+ hours per week during tax season. The position pays $18 - $22 per hour and is in a relaxed country setting, where the dress code is business casual except for Fun Fridays!

Skills
A background in office administration is ideal for this role. Attention to detail is vital for this job. You will work directly with our professional staff to create and improve office procedures. You should have experience with using QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Time & Billing, and contact management software.
