Program Director
Are you outgoing, energetic, with a passion for the City of Manchester? Do you have the ability to talk to a high level CEO or the owner of the corner coffee shop? Can you roll with the punches and adapt well to change? Are you at your best multitasking and planning? If so, this job is for you!
This is an opportunity to work in a high profile, very visible position at one of the top not-for profit organizations in the state of New Hampshire. You will be planning and executing 50 monthly events, 50 quarterly events and several annual events throughout the year. We need someone with extremely strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail. Initiative and administrative ability are important to this position as you will be a master at the logisitcs of event planning while at the same time a strategic thinker with long-range vision.
This person will work on a team that will focus on event planning and execution, sales, marketing, public relations and customer service – You must be willing to be a team player and a self starter – we won’t be looking over your shoulder, we will simply expect you to deliver results!
We require two to three years experience in special event management, program development, sales and marketing, and/or public relations. In addition to a social, creative and FUN work environment, this opportunity offers a competitive salary, paid vacation and personal time, health and dental plan, 401K, additional time off during November and December and four-day work weeks in the summer months.
