Both 1st and 2nd shoft-Filler operators are responsible for running the 1 gallon, 2.5 gallon, and 4-gallon filler machines. The operator will be responsible for performing our water tests that are done on an hourly basis, as well as test our silo and source water to make sure levels are within critical limits. The operator will need to be able to be observant of multiple processes at a time, including the bottle labeler, the bottle dater, the bottle filler as well as the bottle capper. The operator is required to arrive at work at a minimum ½ hour prior to the shift startup to get the filler ready for the daily run. The filler operator will likely be trained on the debagger to have a good understanding of the process before the bottles arrive to the filler. The operator is expected to be groomed and clothed in accordance to our GMP’s that the operator was trained on upon hiring. The filler operator on a regular basis does not require heavy lifting, usually 20lbs max once per hour.
