The Collections/Customer Service Specialist position is in a call center environment and is a full time, 40 hours a week position. This position offers a very competitive base pay depending on experience/ability and uncapped bonuses! In addition to our generous bonus program with no cap, we also have monthly contests, employee referral bonuses, benefits and more!
-Student Loans must be in good standing
-Ability to work the hours scheduled
-High School diploma or GED
-Ability to pass pre-employment credit check, background check and drug screen
-1 year experience or more in debt collection/recovery, customer service, retail, sales, finance, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, banking, college admissions, or hospitality, etc. is a plus!
Monday-Friday: 3 days 8am-5pm & 2 days from 12pm-9pm. Every other Friday & Saturday 8am-12pm
