Property Management Company in Concord, NH seeking Full-Time Maintenance Technician.
Our privately owned company has been in business over 30+ years. We are a small team-oriented property management firm with communities located in Concord, Manchester and Salem, NH.

We are looking for a person that is interested in long-term employment, doesn’t mind physical work, likes working with a team dedicated to serving the tenants in our communities, and is reliable and organized.

This position requires a valid NH driver's license and a mandatory, bi-weekly, on-call responsibility and willingness to live on site after trial/training period.

Duties Include:
-Painting
-Some Carpentry
-Cleaning
-Use of Landscaping/Groundskeeping Equipment (mowing etc)
-Snow Removal (+clearing walkways)
**APPLICANTS WITH KNOWLEDGE OF CARPENTRY PREFERRED.**
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and prior employment with a property management company preferred, but not required
($16.50 p/h + commensurate with experience)
