This position requires a valid NH driver's license and a mandatory, bi-weekly, on-call responsibility.

Duties Include:
Painting
Cleaning
Use of Landscaping Equipment (mowing etc)
Shoveling snow/clearing stairs and walkways
Snow Removal

**Applicants with knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and prior employment with a property management company preferred but not required.
